30-Day Money Back Guarantee-Return your product within 30 days for a refund of purchase price minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee on all items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

When a product is returned after 30 days and less than 90 days in the orginal packaging we will issue a store credit for the amount - minus the shipping cost. After 90 days- no returns or store credit authorized.
An orginal receipt is required for all returns and exchanges and repairs.
16" - 36" cupolas are generally shipped in 2-3 weeks. 42" - 72" cupolas are shipped in 4-5 weeks.
Note: These are only approximate shipping times. At times, it may take an additional week to recieve your order.
Steel silhouette weathervanes made to order 4-6 weeks to recieve your order.
Weathervanes, Finials and Parts/Mounts generally ship within 1-5 days.

Return Policy
Damanged Merchandise: While we do our best to insure all products are shipped with the utmost care, damages, although rare, can happen. If you recieve damanged merchandise please keep all packageing materials as the merchandise and packing materials will be picked up and inspected by UPS/Fed Ex ( or freight carrier) and returned to us at no expense to you. Contact us immediately (within 72 hours ) of receiving damanged merchandise at (207)-307-9375. We will, in the meantime, re-ship a new product(s) at no expense to you!
Note: When receiving a freight delivery inspect the packages (s) on the spot. Do not sign for the items until you thoroughly check everything over. If you notice damage, have it noted by the driver, and give us a call. Don't refuse delivery, we will get it taken care of.
Returned Products: Most products can be retuned within 30 days of purchase, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. An industry standard restocking fee applies to returned products. The fees are 20% for weathervanes, finials, outdoor decor, and accessories, 30% for cupolas and 50% for extra large cupolas (60" sq and bigger). We are not responsible for return shipping charges or the orginal shipping charges. No items will be accepted for return without a Return Authorization from us. A refund will be applied to the original purchasing credit card or in the form of store credit.
Refunds will usually be posted to the orginal purchasing credit card within 72 hours.
If your product is damaged during shipping-notify us within 3-5 business days to arrange for a replacement part.
Please do not return items COD. No COD packages will be accepted.
A returned product missing a part or not in the orginal condition- will be charged a fee to replace the part.
Special shipping note: Refusing to accept a delivery of a product that has been ordered by a customer will automatically result in the loss of the shipping charge and a return shipping charge will be added to the cost. In addition a 50% restocking fee will be accessed.
Cupolas are not authorized for return or exchange, if for any reason a cupola is sent back againist the policy - sales can authorize a 35% Restocking Fee for the exchange of cupolas.
